Shipping

Shipping rates are variable and contingent upon your order; please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate quote.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. For preorders, please note estimated shipping dates.

Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are computed by our carriers based on factors including your order's total value, weight, package volume, and destination.

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Returns & Exchanges

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers respectfully, they provide grace to us.

We accept exchanges within 14 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unwashed, and non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

If you feel you have received a defective product or have any other concerns, please contact us at newcityclothing33@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can come to a resolution. Your 100% satisfaction is what we strive for.

  • Mistakes made by shipping Couriers 
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
